Will'S Chili Burro'S(Enchilada Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 helping Will's Chili Verde
2 flour tortillas, warmed
1 can enchilada sauce
Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation

Place 3 tablespoons of chili on tortilla, roll tortilla while folding in ends. Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas.
Grate cheese over burros and warm in microwave until cheese is melted on top.
