Rice And Green Chiles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend sour cream and milk together in a bowl.
    Add rice and mix.
    Add chiles, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
