Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast (soak in water)
    1 c. milk (lukewarm)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak yeast.
    Mix lukewarm milk, sugar and salt; stir until dissolved.
    Add melted shortening.
    Add 2 cups flour (sifted) and beat.
    Add the beaten eggs and yeast; blend well.
    Add rest of flour; blend well.
    Cover.
    Let rise.
    Punch down; let rise again.
