Fried Rice And Soy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch green onions, cut up
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, cut in half
    10 to 12 fresh mushrooms, sliced into small pieces
    1/2 to 1 c. frozen peas
    10 pieces bacon, fried (save grease)
    4 servings Minute rice, cooked
    2 eggs, fried and cut up
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    garlic salt to taste
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up into bite size pieces
Preparation
    In large frying pan, cook vegetables in 2 tablespoons bacon grease for 5 minutes.
    Add rice, crumbled bacon and eggs.
    Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Warm all. Serve with Soy Chicken:
