Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Nuts are optional.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a Bundt pan for 1 hour or a long pan for 45 minutes.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
