Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and mash. Combine soup and sour cream, then fold in squash mixture. Combine stuffing and butter. Put 1/2 in bottom of baking dish, then squash, then remaining stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
