Fillet Of Haddock And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. scallops, cut in half
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 to 2 lb. haddock (family size)
Preparation

Mix crumbs and seasonings together; set aside.
Heat butter in saucepan; add scallops and lemon juice (do not boil).
Add this to bread crumbs.
Spread mixture on fish and pat down.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
