Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. corn (whole kernel), drained
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in an 8 x 8-inch greased pan. Cover and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Remove cover to brown.
    Sprinkle with paprika or melt grated cheese on top.
    Make 6 servings.
