Pork Chop Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
salt
pepper
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation

Grease a 10-inch skillet.
Add pork chops and brown on both sides.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove chops from skillet.
Empty potatoes and seasonings sauce mix into skillet. Stir pimento and ingredients called for in the package.
Heat all to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes. Cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender.
