Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boned chicken breasts or thighs, skinned
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. skim milk
    vegetable spray
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Flatten breasts or thighs between 2 sheets of plastic with a mallet or rolling pin.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
    Coat large skillet with vegetable spray and place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Saute chicken for 8 minutes, turning once, until tender.
    Transfer to platter and keep warm.
    Wipe skillet with paper towel.
    Add margarine, mushrooms and onion and saute.
    Add flour and stir; add milk and stir until thick.
    Add Parmesan and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Garnish with fresh parsley.
    Serves 6 with only 148 calories per serving.
