Creole Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large green peppers
1 1/2 c. cooked rice (long grain)
salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, garlic to taste
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Split peppers in half. Clean out white veins.
Cook beef and onion.
Pour off fat.
Mix beef, rice and seasonings.
Add approximately 1/4 cup Creole Sauce.
Pack pepper halves with mixture and place in a large shallow baking dish.
Pour 3/4 cup sauce around peppers.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Serve with 1/2 cup remaining sauce, heated over peppers.
