Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

1 pkg. macaroni
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. half and half
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Boil macaroni according to package for 7 minutes; drain. Add macaroni, eggs, half and half and cubed Velveeta cheese together in a greased casserole dish. Mix sharp and Monterey cheeses together. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese to macaroni. Put 1/2 cup aside. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and dabs of butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
