Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. yellow raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt oleo and cool; add beaten eggs, lemon juice, sugar and salt to melted oleo.
    Mix well.
    Stir in coconut, raisins and pecans.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake about 30 or 40 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    This freezes well.
    Great with Cool Whip or ice cream.
