Mince Meat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. mince meat
    3/4 lb. raisins (1 box)
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. boiling water
    2 egg whites, beaten and added last
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Do not overbake.
    Let stand for a while in pan.
    Grease and line pan with wax paper.
