Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Fry onion, pepper and meat until mixture falls apart.
    Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased 2-quart dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
