Hamburger Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and then
    place
    it
    in bottom of 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Top
    with
    onions
    and potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix soup and milk;
    pour
    over
    top
    of other mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour; top with cheese and melt if desired.
