Chicken-Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 medium cans chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen tortellini
1 pkg. fresh or frozen spinach
1 medium can stewed or diced tomatoes or other vegetables as desired (frozen, canned or cooked)
grated cheese (optional)
crusty bread (optional)
Preparation

Cook garlic in margarine over medium heat.
Add broth, then tortellini.
Heat to a boil.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add spinach and other vegetables.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.
Serve with grated cheese and crusty bread.
