Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake
in
a Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
