Molded Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded raw carrots
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 pkg. lemon jello
Preparation
    Mix jello as directed on package.
    Season vegetables with salt, pepper and vinegar.
    Allow jello to partly thicken.
    Add vegetables and mix well.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate.
