Pop Pop'S Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced and cooked
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1/2 to 1 lb. shrimp, boiled and cut into bite size pieces
    grated mild cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes in 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Pour soup over potatoes.
    Add celery and onion, then pimento and shrimp.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
    Yield: 8 servings.
