Beef And Lettuce Packets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. Wyler's beef flavor instant bouillon
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 c. each sliced green bell pepper, mushrooms and onion
    8 oz. deli-style cooked roast beef, cut into strips
    leaf lettuce
    alfalfa sprouts
    chopped tomato
    bottled salad dressing
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine water, bouillon and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add beef; mix well. Place equal portions of beef mixture on lettuce leaves. Top with sprouts, tomatoes and desired salad dressing; roll up. Secure with wooden pick.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
