Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) jar cherries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain blueberries, cherries and pineapple.
Measure the liquid you drained and save. Add enough water to equal 1 cup.
Add this to the gelatin mixture. Stir in blueberries, cherries and pineapple.
Pour into a 2-quart flat pan and refrigerate until firm.
