Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. potatoes, sliced thin
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. onion
2 1/2 c. hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
Add some minced onion and parsley.
Sprinkle with some salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter.
Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
