Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 lb. grated Colby or Jack cheese
    4 lightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
    Layer chilies and cheese in an 8-inch square or round casserole.
    Pour egg-milk mixture over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
