Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. creamed corn (small can)
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a long pan or two pie pans greased with melted bacon grease. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
