Apple Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. finely chopped apples
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and Crisco.
    Stir in milk to make a soft dough. Chill.
    Bring to boil white sugar, water, vanilla and butter. Roll chilled dough in rectangle and sprinkle apples, brown sugar and cinnamon over it.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and cut in 1-inch slices.
    Place slices over heated mixture in large pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
