Chicken Breasts In Brandy With Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme (fresh or ground)
    butter for sauteeing
    1/4 c. brandy, slightly warmed on top of stove
    1 c. heavy cream
    paprika for garnish
Preparation
    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
    In a skillet, saute chicken quickly in butter until meat is browned on all sides.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour warmed brandy over chicken. Using a long wooden match to flambe, or set fire to chicken.
