Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 square pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until heated through.
    Uncooked mixture freezes well.
