Loaf Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    3 oz. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    3 oz. oil
    1 egg
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Put sugar and salt in a small bowl.
    Add scalded milk and oil to sugar and salt.
    Add yeast to warm water.
    Add beaten egg, flour and milk mixture.
    Mix real good in large bowl.
    Let rise until doubled, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Make into rolls or loaf bread.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
