Irma'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime jello
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
Preparation

Dissolve jello.
Add cream cheese to dissolve.
Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Chill until partly congealed.
Whip with whisk and fold in celery and onion.
Return to refrigerator to reset.
Makes 6 small molds.
