Miss Lillian Russell'S Asparagus Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can asparagus, drained
    4 slices bread soaked in 3/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/4 lb. cheese, cut or grated
    1 small container pimiento
    1/2 small onion, grated
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; pour into greased baking dish.
    Cook about 35 or 45 minutes in slow oven.
    Can be prepared in advance.
