Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat half the sugar with shortening and butter.
Gradually add milk.
Continue beating; add extract and gradually add remaining sugar until the right consistency is reached.
Yield:
Frosting for 24 cupcakes.
