Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped small
    1 extra c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat butter and vanilla; add powdered sugar and salt.
    Gradually add flour, then nuts.
    Mix until mixture holds together and is stiff.
    Roll into balls.
    Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 minutes until set but not brown.
    Cool slightly; roll in powdered sugar while warm.
    Wait a few minutes and roll again.
