Cherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Split and remove skin from chicken breasts.
    Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine pie filling with lemon juice, salt and ginger.
    Pour filling over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    This is a very glamorous dish!
    Serve chicken on hot rice. Spoon mixture over chicken.
    Serves 6.
