Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar gradually, beating well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Stir in molasses.
    Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until done.
