Southern Style Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed corn
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole milk or 1/2 canned milk (for richer pudding)
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix corn, flour and salt; add eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Pour into a 10-inch buttered baking dish.
You may sprinkle with a little nutmeg and cinnamon, if desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until corn is a golden brown.
Also dot with butter before baking.
