Grilled Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 pkg. soft tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. margarine
sliced black olives, diced tomato, chopped green chilies (optional)
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Cook onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken; heat 3 minutes.
Remove from pan into bowl.
Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Divide chicken onto center of tortillas; top with cheese and optional ingredients, if desired.
Fold tortillas in half.
Melt margarine in same skillet. Grill tacos on each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
