Fried Rice Chicken Or Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 oz. cooked chicken, finely chopped or 4 oz. ham finely chopped
2 sweet scallions, sliced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 to 3 c. cold rice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. cooked peas
1 egg omelette (optional) to garnish
Preparation

Heat oil in wok; stir-fry chicken or ham 1 to 2 minutes.
Add scallions and rice.
Continue to stir-fry until rice is hot, golden color.
Add soy sauce and salt.
Make well in rice, pour in beaten egg; stir well until egg coagulates; add peas and heat. Garnish with egg omelet, cut in 1/4- inch strips.
Makes 4 servings.
