Quick Swiss Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    herbs to taste (dill, chives, marjoram)
Preparation
    In blender container, combine eggs, milk, butter, biscuit mix, salt and pepper.
    Blend for a few seconds.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, onion and herbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass pan) for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 4 to 6.
