Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
marshmallows

Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Mash and mix other ingredients except for marshmallows.
Put in baking dish and top with marshmallows.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows are light brown.
