Kraut, Backbones And Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans kraut or 1 qt.
    2 lb. pork backbone and/or ribs
Preparation
    Singe the feet to burn off all the hairs.
    Cut off the toe nails with an ax. Scrape the feet well and wash several times in warm water.
    Boil in water until tender. Add some salt.
