2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in margarine until coarse crumbs.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Mix with hands to form smooth dough.
Shape into balls.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
Cool 1 minute.
Roll in sugar.
Roll again when cool.
