1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 large diced carrot
3/4 c. dry red wine
3/4 c. beef broth
1 (26 oz.) jar spicy simmer sauce
cooked wide noodles or mashed potatoes
parsley sprigs
