Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. enriched grits
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Bring the water and salt to a good boil. Stir in the grits. When water returns to a boil, reduce heat and cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When done, stir in the cheese. Add the butter. Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
