German Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
7 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter or regular margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation

Combine sugar and baking cocoa in bowl. Stir in evaporated milk, eggs, butter and vanilla, blending well. Stir in coconut and pecans; turn into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 minutes or until set around the edges. Cool on racks. Makes 2 pies, 6 to 8 servings each.
