Quick Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (pork)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Rice-A-Roni mix (chicken flavor)
    2 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Saute celery and onion with sausage.
    Pour off part of the grease. Add rice and noodles from mix and brown. Add seasoning package from mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
