Boiled Or Baked Neck Bones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. neck bones
    2 medium carrots, shredded and chopped fine
    2 stems celery, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped fine
    water
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Clean and wash
    neck
    bones.
    Place in pot.
    Cover with water and cook for
    1
    hour in the covered pot.
    After 1 hour, add the onions,
    celery,
    carrots,
    salt,
    pepper
    and Accent. Cover and boil another hour or until the meat is tender.
