King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 1 hour; then debone and cut into small pieces.
    Saute onion (chopped) and bell pepper (chopped) until soft.
    Add chili powder and mix well.
    Add soups, water and broth. Layer tortillas in a 13 x 9-inch oblong pan.
    Cover with a layer of chicken pieces; then cover with soup mixture.
    Repeat layering until chicken, soup mixture and tortillas are used.
    Top with Ro-Tel tomatoes, then Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
