Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. instant rice
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, butter and salt in a large pan.
    Bring to a boil and add rice.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Beat eggs and add 1/2 to mixture.
    Stir constantly.
    Add rest of eggs and cook for several minutes but do not boil.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into serving dishes and cool.
