Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    fresh or frozen fruit
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
Preparation
    Place fruit in shell.
    Boil water, sugar and cornstarch until clear.
    Remove from heat, add Jell-O.
    Mix and pour over fruit in pie shell.
    Let set.
    Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
    Can use strawberries instead of peaches.
